Due to the digital nature of our placement materials, cancellations are only possible under specific conditions and within limited timeframes.
Once digital materials are accessed or downloaded, orders cannot be cancelled. Please review your purchase carefully before completing payment.
Orders can be cancelled immediately after payment if materials have not been accessed. Contact support within 30 minutes for instant cancellation.
Cancellation possible only if materials remain unaccessed. Subject to verification and may incur a small processing fee.
Orders cannot be cancelled after 24 hours. However, you may be eligible for a refund under our refund policy if materials remain unaccessed.

If technical problems prevent material access after purchase, you can request cancellation within 48 hours while we work to resolve the issue.
Orders for wrong company materials can be cancelled within 2 hours if materials remain unaccessed, with option to exchange for correct materials.
For bundle purchases, partial cancellation may be possible if only some materials have been accessed. Contact support for case-by-case evaluation.
