Look, I'll be straight with you. Digital materials can't be "returned" once you've accessed them - it's like trying to un-read a book. Once you click that Google Drive link and see the materials, they're yours forever.
I'm not hiding behind corporate jargon here. This is the reality of digital products. But here's my promise:if I mess up technically, I'll fix it personally.
By purchasing, you're agreeing that you understand this is how digital products work. No surprises, no fine print tricks.
I'm a student at SCOE, not a faceless corporation. If I genuinely mess up, I'll fix it personally. Here's when I'll issue refunds:
If my payment system charges you twice, or you pay but my system fails to give you access, I'll refund you immediately. No questions asked.
Example: Payment went through but Google Drive link doesn't work, or you were charged multiple times
If you ordered TCS materials but got Infosys instead (my mistake), I'll either send the right materials or refund you. Your choice.
Note: Must be reported within 24 hours - I need to fix these quickly
If you pay and I can't get your materials to you within 48 hours despite trying everything, I'll refund you. I'm not going to keep your money if I can't deliver.
Important: This doesn't include your internet issues or device problems
If Razorpay/Cashfree/PhonePe shows payment failed but money was deducted from your account, we'll either provide access or refund within 7 business days after verification.
Required: Bank statement or payment confirmation screenshot
If you haven't clicked the Google Drive link or accessed any materials, you can request a refund within 7 days of purchase. Once accessed, this option is no longer available.
Verification: We track access logs to confirm materials weren't viewed
If you believe your situation qualifies for one of the limited exceptions above, follow these steps.
Email shitoleshilpa5@gmail.com within 24-48 hours of your purchase with details of the issue.
Include your transaction ID, screenshots of the issue, and detailed explanation of why you qualify for an exception.
We'll review your case within 2-3 business days and determine if it qualifies for a refund exception.
Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
Important: Refund requests that don't meet the exception criteria will be denied. Please review the policy carefully before making a purchase.
Once you've accessed the materials, you cannot request a refund simply because you changed your mind or found the content wasn't what you expected.
We provide study materials, not guaranteed job placement. Failure to pass an interview or get selected does not qualify for a refund.
Subjective opinions about content quality, formatting, or style are not grounds for refunds. All materials are professionally created in-house.
Once you've downloaded any materials to your device, the sale is final. Digital content cannot be "returned" after download.
Issues accessing materials due to your internet connection, device compatibility, or user error are not eligible for refunds.
If you purchase a bundle and access even one company's materials, the entire bundle is considered used and non-refundable.
Free tools (CGPA calculator, mock interviews, AI feedback, job listings) are provided as-is. No refunds apply since they're free.
Issues with Google Drive access, payment gateway delays, or other third-party services beyond our control are not grounds for refunds (we'll help troubleshoot though).

Payment Gateway Fees: Transaction fees charged by payment gateways (typically 2-3%) are non-refundable as they're already paid to the gateway.

Real talk: I'm a student, not Amazon. I can't afford to give refunds for buyer's remorse. But if I genuinely mess up, I'll make it right immediately.
